Background:

On August 27, 2019, the attached communication proposing a new administrative policy and procedure to "...require Milwaukee Public Schools ('MPS') to deliver music education to all students across the District" was delivered to the Office of Board Governance.
In accordance with Board Rule 1.10, the Board Clerk/Chief Officer, Office of Board Governance, is forwarding this communication to the Board for referral to the appropriate committee of the Board for public hearing and consideration.
