Background:

In order to align the current organizational structure and corresponding titles to administrative policy, technical amendments are necessary. The proposed technical amendments are non-substantive and reflect current job titles.

Upon approval by the Board, the Office of Board Governance will make the technical amendments.

Recommendation:
