Background:
|
Learning Links MGIS, LLC, successfully supports the school community by providing before-and-after-school day care for the students of Milwaukee German Immersion in 4K through 5th grade. The Board approved a lease agreement with Learning Links MGIS, LLC, for space at Milwaukee German Immersion School in May 2017. In June 2018, the Board approved the first amendment to the lease agreement.
The Administration is requesting approval of the proposed Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Learning Links MGIS, LLC, commencing on July 1, 2019, and terminating June 30, 2022, in order to provide space for Learning Links MGIS, LLC.
The lease rent revenue shall be as follows:
July 1, 2019–June 30, 2020 = $14,257.00
July 1, 2020–June 30, 2021 = $14,542.00
July 1, 2021–June 30, 2022 = $14,833.00

There are no expenditures associated with this item. Total lease revenue is $43,632.00.

Implementation and Assessment Plan

Upon Board approval, the attached Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Learning Links MGIS, LLC, shall be executed.
