Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting is purchase of: Enterprise Licensing and Maintenance Fees The report on revenues and expenses, monthly expenditure control report, the report on administrative and school fund transfers, the monthly report on contracts awarded with a value under $50,000 and cumulative total report, and the report on monthly grant awards are attached. These are informational reports, and no action is required. The listing of donations offered to schools and departments is also attached.

Recommendation:

Your Committee recommends that the Board (1) authorize the purchases, except the blanket agreement with the Athletic Equipment Repair Corporation for athletic cleaning, reconditioning, and repair services, which your Committee is forwarding to the Board without recommendation, and (2) accept the donations as listed in the attachments, with appropriate acknowledgement to be made on behalf of the Board.
