-Allcon, LLC, for Stage and Auditorium Sound and Lighting Replacement at South Division High School; Code: FAR 00 MMQ SD ECNC ELC8 = $347,238.00

-Platt Construction, Inc., for Building Renovation at Andrew S. Douglas School; Code: FAR 00 MMQ DA ECNC = $2,149,558.00

Professional Services Contracts Requested for Approval:
- Various firms for Asbestos Abatement & Disposal Services at various MPS sites; Code: Various = Not to exceed $450,000.00 annually (for a total of $1,350,000.00 over a 3-year term)

Construction Contract:
Total Construction Contracts Requested = $2,573,896.00

Professional Services Contracts:
Total Professional Services Contract Requested = $6,450,000.00 annually (for a total of $19,350,000.00 over a 3-year term)
Implementation and Assessment Plan Upon Board approval, the attached construction contracts and professional services contracts shall be executed.
Recommendation: The Administration recommends that the Board approve the attached construction contracts and professional services contracts.
