Background:
|
The Administration is requesting that the Board appoint Matthew Boswell as its representative on the Social Development Commission (SDC) Board, effective October 2018. The SDC Board of Commissioners comprises 18 members, with one-third appointed from the public sector, one-third from the private sector, and one-third elected as representatives of low-income residents of Milwaukee County. Milwaukee Public Schools traditionally serves as one of the public-sector representatives.

Upon approval by the Board, Matthew Boswell will assume responsibilities as Milwaukee Public Schools' representative.
