Winners of the 2018 Wisconsin Association of Bilingual Education's (WIABE) Writing Contest were recently honored at the WIABE's Conference.
This year's theme was "Many Cultures, Many Languages Shape Our Future!" Two winners are students in Milwaukee Public Schools and they will be presenting their award-winning essays this evening.
