Background:

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 119.16(8(a), Wisconsin Statutes, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2018, in the Auditorium of the Central Services Building, 5225 West Vliet Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for the purpose of giving public hearing on the proposed FY2019 School Operations, Construction, and Extension Fund budgets.
A copy of the summary of the proposed FY19 budget, including the notice of tonight's meeting, as published in the May 9, 2018, edition of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, is attached.
