Background: Recommended for the Board’s approval are individuals to be promoted, appointed, or reassigned to the classifications indicated and limited-term employment contracts.
Fiscal Impact Statement: Authorized expenditures were previously approved in the FY18 budget.
Implementation and Assessment Plan
Recommendation: The Administration recommends that the Board:

1. authorize the individuals to be promoted, reassigned, or appointed to the classifications indicated in the attachment to this item, to be effective upon approval by the Board,

2. waive Administrative Policies 6.23(4) (c) and 6.37(5) for those contracts exceeding one year; and

3. approve the LTE contracts exceeding sixty days, pursuant to Administrative Policy 6.23(4)(b), as listed in the attachment to this item.
