Background: At the June 29, 2017 Board meeting, the Board referred Resolution 1718R-002 regarding limited-term employees (LTEs) to its committee on Legislation, Rules and Policies.

In August 2017, the Board took action to adopt the resolution, which directed revisions to Administrative Policy 6.37, Limited-Term Employment Positions.

The Administration and Office of Accountability and Efficiency collaborated to make adjustments to Administrative Policy 6.37 that are consistent with the Board's action.
Fiscal Impact Statement: This item does not authorize expenditures.
Implementation and Assessment Plan Upon approval by the Board, the Office of Board Governance will make and publish the necessary revisions.
Recommendation: Your Committee recommends that the Board approve the proposed revisions to Administrative Policy 6.37, Limited-Term Employees, as indicated in the attached documents.
