Public Policy Forum annually provides a detailed analysis of the major elements of the district's proposed budget, and the strategies the district is proposing to maintain funding for its strategic priorities despite the continued fiscal challenges. The Public Policy Forum's objective is to provide an independent assessment of the district’s finances that will encourage informed deliberations by policymakers in Milwaukee and Madison.
