Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting is purchase of: --VXRail E460 systems from EMC Corporation --Enterprise licensing and maintenance fees from various vendors The informational report on change orders in excess of $25,000 is attached. The report on revenues and expenses, monthly expenditure control report, the report on administrative and school fund transfers, the monthly report on contracts awarded with a value under $50,000 and cumulative total report, and the report on monthly grant awards are attached. These are informational reports, and no action is required. The listing of donations offered to schools and departments is also attached.
