Background: Administrative Policy 7.33 has been updated to reflect when and how transcript changes occur and guidelines for repeating a course at the high-school level. The related Administrative Procedure 7.33 has been updated to reflect the sole use of our approved student-information system, repeating high-school courses, and how select courses provide weighted grades for students.

Additionally, the procedure now refers to the parent/student portal and the importance of maintaining an updated electronic grade book to report student progress.

Implementation and Assessment Plan These are practices that already in place.
Recommendation: The Administration recommends that the Board approve the revisions to Administrative Policy and Procedure 7.33 as attached.
