Background: Recommended for approval at this meeting is the purchase of printing and mailing services of the Recreation Department seasonal guides.

The report on monthly finance matters: authorization to make purchases; acceptance of the report of revenues and expenses; monthly expenditure control report; report on administrative and school fund transfers; report on contracts under $50,000 and cumulative total report; report on monthly grant awards are attached. These are informational reports, and no action is required.

The listing of donations offered to schools and departments is also attached.
Fiscal Impact Statement: This item authorizes expenditures as indicated on the attachments.
Implementation and Assessment Plan
Recommendation: Your Committee recommends that the Board:
1. authorize the purchases;

2. accept the donations listed in the attachments, with appropriate acknowledgement to be made on behalf of the Board; and

3. provide information on the following contracts prior to the Regular Monthly Board meeting on January 30, 2020:
