Background:
|
In regard to item 12 of the Report of the Committee on Accountability, Finance, and Personnel, the Board may retire to executive session under the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 19.85(1)(d), which allows a governing body to go into closed session for the purpose of considering strategy for crime detection or prevention.
The Board may reconvene in open session to take action on matters considered in executive session and/or to continue with the remainder of its agenda.
