Background:
The Administration is requesting authorization to waive the three-year term limits of Administrative Policy 3.09(9)(e) and enter into contracts related to employee benefits:

United Healthcare Services, Inc., for Health Plan Administration, DWC-00-EMB-DW-EMDI = $14,000,000

United Healthcare Services, Inc., for Prescription Drug Plan Administration, DWC-00-EMB-DW-EMDI = $800,000

The Standard Life Insurance Company, for Life and Disability Insurance Administration, DWC-00-EMB-DW-EGLI = $11,000,000

York Risk Services Group, Inc., for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Administration, DWC-00-EMB-DW-ECTS = 825,000

Recommendation
