Background:

In regard to Item 1, the Board may retire to executive session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.85(g), to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
The Board may reconvene in open session to take action on matters considered in executive session and/or to continue with the remainder of its agenda. |
