Background:
|
In January 2018, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors adopted Resolution 1718R-011 regarding a district-wide assessment of diversification of workforce.
The attached report details the output of this work reviewing MPS systems and data.
In summary, the report finds that District-wide diversity generally resembles that of the city Milwaukee. However, this diversity diminishes when looking at individual positions, schools, and applicant pools to positions. |
