Background:
Recommended for the Board’s approval are individuals to be reassigned for special assignment in an interim capacity effective July 2, 2018.  
Fiscal Impact Statement:
Authorized expenditures were previously approved in the FY19 budget. Salaries indicated for the individuals on the attached document are effective during the employment of these individuals in this special assignment period.  
Implementation and Assessment Plan:
Upon approval by the Board, the individuals will be reassigned to special assignment positions.  
Recommendation
The Administration recommends that the Board authorize the individuals as indicated in the attachment to be reassigned to special assignment positions in an interim capacity as indicated on the attachment effective July 2, 2018.
