Background:
Administrative Policy 7.33 has been updated to reflect when and how transcript changes occur and guidelines for repeating a course at the high-school level. The related Administrative Procedure 7.33 has been updated to reflect the sole use of our approved student-information system, repeating high-school courses, and how select courses provide weighted grades for students.

Additionally, the procedure now refers to the parent/student portal and the importance of maintaining an updated electronic grade book to report student progress.

Recommendation
The Administration recommends that the Board approve the revisions to Administrative Policy and Procedure 7.33 as attached.
